I haven’t done an update in a while, and I just wanted everyone to know how in love I am with this miniature dachshund puppy, Sophie. She has so much personality and is such a good dog. Everyday Sophie has the pleasure of accompanying me to work. I’m a veterinarian and my sister works the reception desk, so Sophie has become our mascot. She stays behind the reception desk to greet the clients. She has become such a presence there that when she’s not there, people ask “Where’s Sophie today?” She loves her “job” and has a good life with us. Thank you, AKC Quality Dachshunds!.

Thank you AKC Quality Dachshunds for my baby, Duke. He’s such a good boy–I can definitely tell how happy he is that he came to live with us. He’ll often come into the putter room and stand up with his front paws on my lap to give me hugs while I’m typing. He could definitely be an agility dog. We knew Duke could jump high, but how graceful he is doing it is amazing. He can jump up and over something from a standing position easily. He and Danzig had a blast in the snow, playing and running around the yard like two horses galloping. We have yet to set up our Xmas tree, but I’m curious to see how he reacts to it. More than one miniature dachshund puppy is definitely the Home!

It truly is amazing to me that it has only been just over 6 months since we picked Mya up. I feel like she has always been a part of our family and I can’t imagine what life would be like without her. She just fits in so perfectly. Mya and our other miniature dachshund puppy, Duke are the best of buddies…they box & chase each other all over the yard and after they have worn each other out they fall asleep on top of each other. They are so loving and playful not only w/each other but w/everyone in general. The experience of adopting From Ken Dachshund Home (that I can’t imagine how anyone was able to give her up because she is so sweet) is something that I will always cherish. Well….what can I say except we couldn’t be happier. Petey is such a joy !! And he is so beautiful, and he knows it , you get out a camera and he and my 3 yr old daughter pose !!! LOL They are inseparable now….We call them the dynamic duo. haha When we picked up Petey we knew that he was a wonderful dog but we couldn’t have know just how loving ,playful and entertaining he would be . He is quite a character , he loves to show off !! We will be having his photo done soon and we will be sending one. I have to thank you again ….if it wasn’t for all of you we would of never found Petey and already we can not imagine life without him.!:)
This place is awesome! I do not give out 5 stars very often but this place is the best place to get a purebred dachshund puppy for sale! In addition: The staff have always been pleasant and helpful. I recommend this place to all of my friends! thank you Ken.
